Hi, I'm Jennifer Martin, the creator of this website and a veteran commercial grower and cannabis licensing consultant. When you call or email, you will be reaching me--the owner of the company--directly. With years of experience and hundreds of satisfied customers under our belts, we are certain that we've got the best templates and application support for cannabis operators available online.

Unlike other cannabis websites, this business is owner operated and I personally stand behind the quality of the available products and services.

"Jennifer takes care of her customers! Her services were better and much less expensive than other cannabis licensing consultants we interviewed. She responded to our follow-up questions quickly and remained helpful as we moved through the final steps of our cannabis licensing process. We highly recommend her work."

Description

The OCM has defined a set of “worksheets” that all applicants (lottery and uncapped license applicants) will need to submit. The list from the OCM FAQ includes:

Ace Your Minnesota Cannabis Application

Your Minnesota cannabis application has to meet all of the regulatory requirements in order to qualify you for an uncapped license type or the lottery. For lottery applicants, the MN application window will only be open from February 18th through March 14th, 2025. For all other cannabis license applicants (microbusiness, medical combination, wholesaler, transporter, and delivery service), applications will be accepted on a rolling basis, starting February 18th, 2025.

While draft regulations are out now, MN’s final cannabis regulations won’t be published until summer of 2025.

The OCM will allow a “cure period” on all applications. This allows us to guarantee state-level license qualification to our customers. Please keep in mind, however, that we have no influence over your success in obtaining financing or a properly zoned facility. That’s what you should focus on while we help with the paperwork. Minnesota will have a 10-day cure period that will allow us to repair any errors in the documents we provide to you, and this is done at no charge.  We have a 100% success rate getting our documents qualified for cannabis license lotteries and rolling application systems in other states.

Elements of Your MN Cannabis Application

Every state-level cannabis application has quite a few nominal information requirements, including things like uploading a copy of your ID, proof of residence, source and proof of funding, articles of incorporation (most people use LLC’s), company bylaws, and a criminal background check. Those will be easy for you to do on your own, but we are happy to explain any of the required documents that are unclear.

The main elements of the Minnesota cannabis business application we can help with are plans and procedures. These take some expertise and understanding of the state regulations to properly create. The regulations need to be referenced specifically throughout your plans and procedures. We have years of experience interpreting cannabis application requirements, so we can take the weight off your shoulders by offering you sophisticated templates that are 95% ready to submit. We can guide you on completing them using Adobe Acrobat Pro. When they are ready, you can save them as pdf’s to upload into the state’s application portal.

First Steps for Starting Your Minnesota Cannabis Application

Your MN cannabis application process starts with creating a user name in their online application portal and exploring the online interface to see all of the fields that need to be filled and familiarizing yourself with the MN cannabis application requirements. It’s also really helpful to look over the MN cannabis law and regulations, but don’t worry if it’s overwhelming. We are here to make it easier. Feel free to ask any questions by contacting us.

The exact dates for when Minnesota will hold the lotteries have not yet been set, but the OCM is planning for May or June of 2025, which is coming up soon! Uncapped license types will be accepted on a rolling basis.

If you plan to submit a Minnesota adult-use cannabis application, send us and email or give us a call to get some help. We pride ourselves on having the best deal for the money, with no hidden costs. You can preview everything before you buy it via live screen share.

Cannabis Industry

Our Story

Our cultivation expert and our dispensary expert have been in the cannabis industry since the mid 90's when medical dispensaries first started operating in California. We both lived in Amsterdam in 1995-96 and cut our teeth in the legal industry there, where it was very competitive in comparison to the US.
